QA Statement
In 2001 NGKS made the decision to be third-party certified by an internationally recognized registrar ISO 9001. The company applied to TUV CERT Certification Center and as a result of the audit same year achieved ISO 9001: 94 registration.
NGKS Quality Approach
An effective and efficient QMS (Quality Management System) is the one that recognizes the need to continuously change and improve an organization's products and services as determined by system feedback, and the corresponding management decisions. The purpose of a QMS is to minimize the variability in the quality of an organization's products and services. The optimal QMS balances the need for an organization to maintain flexibility in the products and services it offers with the need to guarantee the appropriate level of discipline and control over the processes used to provide them.

NGKS QMS is comprised of an interrelated set of policies and processes for controlling the quality of each type of product and service. The QMS was designed, developed and implemented to conform to the internationally recognized ISO 9001 standard. The QMS scope varies from product to product/service to service, but as a minimum, incorporates processes that directly affect the quality of products and services provided to meet all or many of their direct mission requirements.
Currently NGKS prepares for transition to ISO 9001:2000 standard.
